awesome-apisec (aka awesome-api-security) is a collection of awesome API Security tools and resources that reaches 1k stars today :-D

I created a repository on GitHub related to API security in August 2020 with an initial commit and started as a personal list of bookmarks. It evolved, I started to invest in it, learn and experiment more about the topic ending up adding more resources to it.

In 2021 APIsecurity.io referenced my repo in a newsletter, also on their twitter, the Bug Bounty Hunter reference it in 2022 on twitter, and people started to add it to their favorites. I ended up having 400 stars in December 2021, now I have 1k ;-)
